    随着艺术博览会和展览国际化的趋势，当代艺术策展已经不单单是关于绘画作品如何摆放及如何搭配的问题。策展已逐渐成为一个促进艺术发展并且在全球文化领域中不可缺少的最有活力的因素。 Donna Loveday 和 Catherine McDermott 将与观众讨论21世纪具备国际视野的策展人，应如何开阔思路、创新想法及融融会国际发展新趋势。 英国伦敦科学博物馆创意指导总监Tim Molloy教授将参与观众讨论。

嘉宾简介：

    凯瑟琳•麦克德莫特是金斯顿大学教授，与唐娜•拉芙黛共同担任当代设计策展人硕士课程主任——被誉为英国最成功的同类专业。课程尤其新颖的是开发了一系列跨学科的策展项目，涉及创意产业、零售、科学和文化政策等。他们还通过一系列新颖的主题会议，包括艺术品多样性和收藏，引领新的策展方法。

伦敦设计博物馆 策展总监

    唐娜负责伦敦设计博物馆展览计划的制定和策展团队的管理，她曾策划过一系列高端展览，比如候塞因•卡拉扬（Hussein Chalayan）设计作品展、“当菲利普遇见伊莎贝拉：菲利普•崔西（Philip Treacy）为伊莎贝拉•布鲁（Isabella Blow）设计的帽子展”，以及“维奈•潘顿（Verner Panton）：光线、色彩与现代英国 1929-39”。

    她管理着一个国际巡回展览项目，并与金斯顿大学的凯瑟琳•麦克德莫特教授共同担任两所机构合办的当代设计策展人硕士课程主任。唐娜此前曾担任英国电影学院的展览经理；在她担任巴比肯美术馆（Barbican Art Gallery）的展览组织者期间，曾策划“埃里克•吉尔（Eric Gill）：雕塑与印象主义在英国”展览。唐娜是皇家艺术学会的会员，还是英格兰遗产协会策展小组和巡回展览集团委员会的成员。

Today, international art fairs and exhibitions have become globalised, curation is no longer just a case of working out which painting goes where, or deciding which work complements another. It is a vibrant and exciting field that is pushing the boundaries of development and is becoming an increasingly indispensible factor in global cultural issues.
Donna Loveday and Catherine McDermott will talk about their vision for the new global curator of the 21st century and how exploration of ideas, innovative thinking and contemporary issues are extremely relevant to today’s curator.
Tim Molloy, Head of Creative Direction, the Science Museum, London will join the question and answer discussion with audience.
