范勃,天津人。1988年毕业于天津美术学院，1992年考入广州美院油画研究生班，获硕士学位后留校任教。2000年入读首届中央美术学院油画系高研班。现为广州美术学院油画系副教授。作品曾获“走向新世纪——中国青年油画展”奖、“第八届全国美展”优秀作品奖、“第十届全国美展”铜奖。作品曾参加“第二届中国油画展”，“当代中国油画展”日本，“现代美术展”日本。部分作品发表在《美术研究》、《中国油画》、《美苑》等刊物上发表，多幅作品为国内外美术馆和私人机构收藏。
Fan Bo(1966- )
Born in Tianjin. Graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, he was studied by Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1992. After obtained the Master’s Degree, then he appointed in Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. His works participated in the 2nd China Oil Painting Exhibition, the 8th Nation Art Exhibition, also showed in the Contemporary Chinese Oil Painting Exhibition and Modern Art Exhibition held in Japan.
