张羽（字郁人，号石雨)1959年出生于中国天津市。1988年毕业于天津工艺美术学院。曾为天津杨柳青画社编辑，国家二级美术师。现为中国天津交通职业学院副教授；北京电影学院新媒体专业客座教授。现居中国天津、北京。
