戴泽,四川云阳人。擅长油画、水彩画、彩墨画、美术教育。1946年毕业于国立中央大学艺术系，先后任国立北平艺专助教、讲师；历任中央美术学院讲师、副教授、教授。作品随中国艺术展览会赴苏联、民主德国、波兰展出。作品《大败洋枪队》、《义和团廊房大捷》被中国历史博物馆收藏；《反围剿》被革命博物馆收藏；《金银花》、《紫薇》等被中国美术馆收藏。
