1957         出生于中国，河北。
1977－1982   河北师范大学艺术系中国画专业学习，并获得学士学位。
1982－1987   北京中国青年出版社美术编辑。
1987－1989   赴欧留学，师从奥地利维也纳实用美术学院玛丽亚•拉斯尼克教授。
1989－1993   就读于维也纳美术学院，阿力克•布劳尔大师班研习油画和版画。毕业于该院并获硕士学位。
1994－2002   作为职业画家定居维也纳。在此期间 ，曾多次艺术走访欧洲各国，同时将东，西方艺术进行比较和研究，并分别在奥地利，意大利，德国，瑞士，列支敦士登，索罗维尼亚，纽约和北京举行画展。
2003         应邀清华大学美术学院访问学者举办学术讲座，同年担任中华民族文化促进会海外理事会理事及奥地利－中国艺术交流协会会长。
2004-2006    “维也纳的幻想”中国美术馆个人作品展；“另一种空间”北京今日美术馆个人作品展；参加中国美术馆“今日中国美术”大展；第二届北京国际双年展；
2007        “另一种空间”上海美术馆个人作品展

1957             Born in Hebei, China
1975              Finished High School
1977-82         Studied painting at Hebei University
1982-87          Illustrator at Youth Publishing House in Beijing
1987-89         Studied at the University for Applied Arts in Vienna with Prof.    Maria LASSNIG
1989-93         Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna with Prof. Arik BRAUER, Master class for painting and graphic arts; obtained a Master’s degree
1994-02         Professional artist in Vienna; study trips in Europe; studies of historic and modern art and painting; comparative studies of Western oil painting and Chinese painting.      
Exhibitions in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Liechtenstein, Slovenia,
New York and Beijing.
2003              Lecturer at Tsinghua University, (Academy of Fine Arts), Beijing. Guest professor at Hebei University (Academy of Fine Arts), Member of the Steering Committee of the Chinese Cultural Promotion Society; President of China-Austria Art Promotion Club.
2004              Solo exhibition at the National Arts Museum of China in Beijing
