月亮河文化创意产业园区继“动漫美学超链接”展之后，即将推出第二波热身展览，以张晓东博士主持的快乐公社为主展场，联合高孝午及刘晓颖艺术工作室和爱你米克斯工作室，邀请了近四十位艺术家，举行“梦想与现实” 展览，于2008年3月2日新闻发布会和开幕，展期至4月27日。
开幕当天，也将首次对外发布由日本设计师三浦荣（Miura Sakae）先生所设计的月亮河当代艺术馆概念图稿，以及在五月推出的月亮河雕塑嘉年华预告资料。而坐落在月亮河创意产业园区的爱你米克斯工作站也将推出他们第一次策划的展览：“爱马4——马君辅个展”。
近年来一批又一批的青年艺术家如雨后春笋般涌现出来，而青年艺术从来就是艺术界最为活跃的重要组成部分。相别于父辈们的沉重，他们在幸福的泡泡中闪烁着欢乐、险情、痴呆、遐思和彷徨，在这里可以一捅就破又可以及时重建。世界则犹如一个个碎片所组成的万花筒，所谓残酷，是在舞台背景的光射中，映照出来的恐怖且夸张的动漫笑脸，一切一切尽在玩笑之中。年轻的生命停留在湿润温暖的环境里无忧无虑地滋长，，从自由活跃而资源丰厚的环境里吸收、传承、开拓着自己的一方天地，带着自身的使命和责任，将青春的体验和记忆无期限的延长。
此次展览正是通过两位年轻策展人黄芸、刘思言的视角，将眼光更多地关注于一群优秀的中国当代青壮年艺术家队伍里，立足于他们的创作现状和生存状态，共同探讨一种与“客观世界”既交互又独立，梦想与现实相交融的创造空间。
近40位艺术家的作品涉及绘画、装置、雕塑、摄影、影像等当代艺术，反映了中国青年艺术家面貌多样的创作力量和创作面貌：有延续21世纪新世代所崇尚的青春动漫绚丽美学如江衡、林国成、孙晓枫、冯琳等人的作品；带有浓厚墨韵和东方情境如李永飞、张涛、贺祖斌等人作品；多媒体技术介入如黄翊、赵要、郭继锋等人的摄影影像作品。为了呈现中国当代艺术环境中的承先启后，此次还特别邀请到像刘庆和、周京新、武艺、周吉荣、乌日今等资深艺术家，衔领一批如李瑞、王力等学院派的写实主义根基非常扎实的年轻艺术家，凸显了新老艺术家并行之势，弥足可贵。更令人欣喜的是，如今很多年轻的艺术家不仅有着扎实的写实造型能力，更有着将传统技艺与现代意识进行综合、转化的睿智。通过类型化、象征化的光线处理，通过对细节的精湛表现力和对材料的熟练把握，艺术家赋予自己的作品更为特殊而深远的意蕴，作品在写实能力以及观念表达上实现了巧妙的平衡。
“梦想与现实”群展让人再次领略“月亮河”将艺术与健康、生态、科技、旅游、会议和文化相互结合的文化创新产业理念。
Following the Animated Cartoons Super-Link, Dreams & Reality is a warming-up exposition with the Group Joy as the main showplace chaired by Dr Zhang Xiaodong and co-hosted by Gao Xiaowu & Liu Xiaoyin’s Studio and Animamix.Net. Nearly 40 artists are expected to be at the exposition. Its press conference is on March 2nd and the activity will last until April 27.
On the opening day, the concept design of the Beijing Moon River Museum of Contemporary Art by our Japanese designer Mr Miura Sakae as well as the information concerning the Moon River Sculpture Carnival set to begin in May will be released for the first time. Animamix.Net, situated inside Moon River Cultural Industry Park will also hold its first exposition--MA's 4—Ma Chun Fu Solo Exhibition.
Generation and generation of young artists are springing up like mushrooms and the arts of younger generation are the most dynamic element of the arts field. Unlike their predecessors, the young artists are living in a joyful, imaginative and hesitant mood and breakings and rebuildings can happen almost simultaneously. The world is like a kaleidoscope. The cruelty exists in the sense that the exaggerated and horrible animated smiling faces are reflected against the background of the stage. All this is done in a joking manner. The younger generation is growing up in a carefree way, absorbing, passing on and cultivating their own artistic field from dynamic and abundant resources. They are prolonging their youthful experience and memories, carrying with them their won destiny and accountabilities.
This exposition, from a refreshing angle as observed by two young exposition engineers Huang Yun and Liu Siyan, pays special attention to a group of outstanding contemporary Chinese artists, unfolding their artistic production and existence and exploring a creative environment which enjoys both an independent and interdependent relationship with the objective world and which blends dreams with reality.
The works by nearly 40 artists include contemporary artistic works such as paintings, sculptures and photos, which attest to the versatile creativities of Chinese younger artists. Among them are youthful and splendid animated works by Jiang Heng、Lin Guocheng、Sun Xiaofeng、Feng Lin；the scholarly and oriental style works byLi Yongfei、Zhang Tao、He Zubin；and photos and films created with the help of multimedia technology by Huang Yi、Zhao Yao、Guo Xufeng. To serve as a link between the past and the future in the contemporary Chinese artistic cycle, we have especially invited senior artists Liu Qinghe、Zhou Jingxin、Wu Yi、Zhou Jirong、Wu Rijin alongside with the younger artists with a solid pragmatic foundation. This rare combination shows the co-existence of the old and younger generations of artists. What is more exhilarating is that most of the younger artists have both a solid pragmatic foundation and the wisdom in combining and transforming traditions and modernity. Through typological and symbolic treatment of lights and a masterly expression of details and a proficient mastery of materials, our artists have achieved a unique and profound artistic conception, thus achieving a delicate balance between the reality depiction and artistic expression.
Dreams & Reality brings forth a completely new and refreshing concept in cultural innovation of The Moon River, which combines fitness, ecology, technology, tourism, conference and culture.
