刀，作为冷兵器时代最早被使用的暴力工具，早在中国车战时代已被渐渐演绎成为一种彪悍锐利、执著坚韧的精神象征。与刀，谁与刀？在这个以缺失主语的句子为命名的展览里，我们将呈现四位风格迥异的日本与中国当代艺术家新作。他们分别运用摄影、影像、行为等艺术表现形式，演绎他们敏感于时代及未来问题的思考与探索。

　　— contemporary art exhibition

　　Sword, as the earliest violent implement in the cold arm era, has been deducted to be such a kind of sharp and persistent spirit symbolize since Chinese chariot era. With the sword, who is with the sword? In this exhibition, without subject name, you will see four up-to-date style works of art produced by Chinese and Japanese contemporary artists. They show their exploration and ponder of the globe by video, non-mainstream photography and behavior art, which is sensitive to both the times and the future.
