Maybe because Cook is still a poet, his works express a poetical sentiment and obscurity occasionally. To the west audiences, Cook’s works are a revolt to the western aesthetics. This revolt doesn’t only represent at the overturn on the color effects, but also contains the trace of the industrial revolution. Besides this pure emotional expression, Cook’s art often concerns our contemporary ideology.
